Pan-Seared & Broiled Filet Mignon

The next best thing to having hand-cut prime steaks in our house is having them in yours.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pat dry, oil, and season both sides
  2. Oil heated skillet
  3. Sear for two minutes
  4. Flip and sear for two more minutes
  5. Place skillet in 375 degree oven (10-14 minutes recommended for medium rare)
  6. Add 1 tbsp parsley butter
  7. Let steak rest for five minutes
