How can I place a large gift order?

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately once an order leaves our shop, we cannot cancel it.

Shipping Information

Unlike other steak-shipping companies, Humphrey's Prime Cut Shoppe ships fresh, not frozen, delivering your purchases within 24 hours, not several days. By shipping Next Day FedEx, we are able to guarantee that you will enjoy the same delicious taste at home as you would in our restaurant. 

I am not sure if the person I'm ordering for will be home to receive the shipment. Will my order spoil?

We believe in personalized customer service and want to make sure that every shipment arrives ready to enjoy. To this end, we contact every recipient to coordinate delivery and ensure that someone is available to receive the package. If needed, we will redirect the shipment to another location to accommodate the recipient.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Because of this commitment to quality, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. We will always contact the recipient in advance to coordinate residential or business delivery.

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship orders overseas.
