Chef Tom's Burger Dogs on the Grill
INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs Prime Ground Beef
- 15 grams Humphrey's Seasoning
- Split top buns
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Sliced onion
- Shredded white cheddar cheese
- Mayo
- Mustard
- Ketchup
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix ground beef and seasoning in Kitchenaid for 2 minutes
- Portion ground beef mixture to 5 ounces
- Wrap in roulade shapes in plastic film, tying both ends

Vacuum seal roulades
- Sous vide at 135 for 1 hour
- Grill mark on hot grill
- Serve on split top buns with desired garnishes
