INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs Prime Ground Beef
  • 15 grams Humphrey's Seasoning
  • Split top buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Sliced onion
  • Shredded white cheddar cheese
  • Mayo
  • Mustard
  • Ketchup
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Mix ground beef and seasoning in Kitchenaid for 2 minutes
  • Portion ground beef mixture to 5 ounces
  • Wrap in roulade shapes in plastic film, tying both ends
  • Vacuum seal roulades 
  • Sous vide at 135 for 1 hour
  • Grill mark on hot grill
  • Serve on split top buns with desired garnishes
